SUVs are the most popular thing on our lot, and for good reason in Las Vegas: room for the family, room for a Costco run, and enough clearance for a trip to Red Rock or Mount Charleston. Below are the SUVs we have today, cheapest first, from compact crossovers to full-size three-row SUVs.

Which size of SUV fits you

Compact (Nissan Kicks, Jeep Renegade, Ford Escape and similar): easiest on gas and the easiest to park on the Strip. Right for one or two people, or a small family.
Midsize (Nissan Murano, Lexus RX, Jeep Grand Cherokee and similar): more room and comfort for daily driving and road trips to California or Utah.
Three-row (Kia Telluride, Volkswagen Atlas, Dodge Durango, GMC Yukon, Cadillac Escalade and similar): seats seven or eight. The one to look at if you are driving kids to school and practice.

What to check on a used SUV in the desert

Air conditioning, front and rear. On a three-row SUV, make sure the rear A/C blows cold too. Your kids in the third row will tell you if it does not.
Tires. Heat ages rubber fast. Look for cracks on the sidewall, not just tread depth.
Battery. Batteries often last only a few years in Las Vegas heat. Ask how old it is.
Four-wheel or all-wheel drive. You rarely need it in town, but it helps on dirt roads and in snow on Mount Charleston. It also costs a little more in fuel.

Every SUV on our site shows the vehicle price, with our dealer fees listed under it on the car: $695.00 documentation, $28.25 title and $29.00 smog test, $752.25 in total.
