Text Message Terms

Charlie Cheap Car is a used car dealership at 5015 W Sahara Ave Ste 127, Las Vegas, NV 89146, and a DBA of Your Wholesaler Inc. These terms cover the text messages we send to people who ask us about a vehicle.
How you agree to texts
- You check the SMS box on a form on this website. The box is never checked for you, and you can send the form without checking it.
- You text us first.
- You ask a member of our team, in person or by phone, to text you.
Consent to texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.
What we text about
The vehicle you asked about, whether it is available and its price, photos and details, test drives, appointment confirmations and reminders, your trade-in, and updates about the vehicle you bought, such as delivery. Some replies may be sent automatically, for example outside business hours, and every text is identified as Charlie Cheap Car. We send offers or promotions by text only if you have agreed to receive them.
How often, and cost
Message frequency varies with your conversation with us. If you don’t reply, we may send a few follow-up texts over the next several days. Message and data rates may apply.
How to stop texts
Reply STOP to any of our texts. We also treat QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE or OPT OUT as a request to stop. We may send one text to confirm, and then we stop. You can also tell us by calling, emailing or telling us in person.

Your phone number
We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers that send our texts for us and the phone companies that deliver them.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
